Final update to Applicant Journey and Name Collision language
Dear all, This is just to inform you that we added the following sentence to the Applicant Journey<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ynfh34ji8sibfJYxT39d6aMHiLFJdMhEV8Cgt3nr...> and Name Collision<https://docs.google.com/document/d/13-9imDsDH3cbCjPz_e7ZlVTH3dZrG_7nkJs-Oo5U...> language in the sections concerning Temporary Delegation: The conclusion of Temporary Delegation is not necessary for other processes, e.g. Application and Applicant Evaluation or contention set resolution, to start. However, an application will be able to proceed to contracting only when temporary delegation is concluded and the mitigation plan implemented (if applicable). We believe that this procedural clarification should address some of the concerns raised by the IRT. This will be included in the language that will go out for public comment on Friday. Best regards, Elisa

Thanks Elisa. This is helpful. There is a problem in Section 4 of the Name Collision language which I have identified in a separate email.
