Dear IRT members, During the meeting tomorrow, 14 May at 13:00 UTC, we will go through the redlines in the following documents, which we have updated based on the public comments received. * Predictability Framework<https://docs.google.com/document/d/18Qs19Cj3Q5DK8pXfqw37aDa7a3RtI9wTNU0n7SaM...> * Applicant Freedom of Expression<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jHy_jHjfLsgZqEng8FtJZBg9TRwGUaB4GB1ZaUSY...> * Reserved and Blocked Names<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QKl0THzK_o8V0dvvAcX4iy3axVl8TraO8GysJEEx...> * Geographic Names<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IfVNw6KOxKEmvn9Kibq7WVdP8inyLk71ZLoTdHt1...> The documents are also published on the meeting page<https://community.icann.org/x/h4BREw>. Best, Elisa

Many thanks Lars and Elisa, Just a note that in this morning's SPIRT Charter Drafting Team meeting, an issue was identified which may require a change to the flowchart in the Predictability Framework. This has to do with the notion that the Sub Pro Final Report intent is for ICANN Org to notify the SPIRT of a determination that an issue is minor or non-minor prior to making a change to the program and then the SPIRT having a (short term) chance to respond to ICANN Org as to its agreement regarding the classification of the issue as "minor operational". I believe Jeff Neuman and Alan Greenberg can speak in more detail regarding this. I believe Council staff (Steve Chan) is also planning to communicate with you regarding this flowchart issue. Thanks, Anne. I was going to raise some points on the Predictability Framework flowcharts on the IRT call, once I've had a look at the same in the fresh copy of the Predictability Framework. Alan Greenberg had spoken to me about that too. Kind regards, Justine On Tue, 14 May 2024 at 02:16, Anne ICANN <anneicanngnso@gmail.com> wrote:
