Hi Jared, Thanks for your reply to Elaine. Could you please advise (a) why we are are looking at the language for AGB text on CPE prior to the close of the 4th public comment proceeding; and (b) if the plan to have the IRT take another pass at the language for CPE after considering comments received through the 4th public comment proceeding. I note that Base RA is also indicated as a topic we will consider at this call, so could you arrange for Karla to share the latest redlined text for that topic please? Hi Justine, To clarify, the goal of tomorrow’s discussion on CPE is to discuss Elaine’s question that was posed on list on 7 February (re a “Coin family” applying for .COIN). I mentioned during ICANN82 that we had been working on Elaine’s question and would be prepared to discuss soon. We are not “looking at” the language per se but the discussion could result in suggestions for the language. The IRT will of course haven’t opportunity to review the language and any updates after the close of the comment in April. I provided the link to the text as merely a reminder. Hopefully that clarifies. Thank you Jared On Mar 19, 2025, at 15:15, Justine Chew <justine.chew.icann@gmail.com> wrote: Hi Jared, Thanks for your reply to Elaine.
