Dear IRT members, During the next IRT meeting on 5 September 2023 at 13:00-14:00 UTC, the topic discussed will be Universal Acceptance. In addition, we looked into the possibility of holding additional IRT meetings during ICANN78 in Hamburg, Germany and, thanks to the help from our colleagues in policy support, we are would like to propose three IRT slots for Hamburg below: * Saturday, 21 October 23, 10:30-12:00 CEST/08:30-10:00 UTC * Wednesday, 25 October 23, 16:00-17:30 CEST/14:00-15:30 UTC * Thursday, 26 Oct 23, 09:00-10:00 CEST/07:00-08:00 UTC The agendas for the sessions are still TBD. Please note that we are working with the GNSO Secretariat to ensure there are no conflicts with the SubPro Small Team meetings. Please let us know if you have any concerns around this.
