Hi Jared, Many thanks for the 64 page deck for meeting 152 tonight regarding the ASP program , Outreach , Engagement and Communications. ( and also re CPE PCs) I am a participant on the Sub Pro IRT ASP. My newco TLD.Advice Ltd is on the list to provide pro bono services.( No 32 – last one !) As page 10 confirms the whole ASP application process has completely “stalled “ over the last 3 -4 months, with ONLY 3 applications to date reaching the evaluation stage and ZERO fully approved ( to receive approx. $ 175, 000 -$ 200,000 deduction from their application fee ( $227,000) and other fees to apply in the Full Round, April 2026) . As there are now only 3 months to close on 30 November 2025, this is extremely concerning. I note the ASP website stats today was late updated on 14 July . Could this not be done daily / automatically ? A few weeks’ back I contributed to a letter ( with other ASP participants and observers) . Has this now been received by ICANN.org.
