I am based in Germany (UTC+2 between now and October) but I am fairly flexible with evening calls (up to 20:00 UTC... after that, the brain loses its magic...).
Wednesdays and Thursdays work better for me than Tuesdays, but I'll go with the majority and can shuffle things around if needed.

Regarding the in-person meetings, I will attend both, come what may:

I will be available the week of 22 June to go to LA.
I prefer July 25-26 in Vienna over another trip to LA, but I could do the week of 13 July.
27 July is the least practical for me.

Apparently, I made an error about Slack. ICANN cannot offer a Slack license to members of the TSG. My apologies. This means we are not waiting for that item to be ready, but also that we won't have to consider time on Slack as part of our record. This helps us to maintain transparency by having fewer ways someone interested must follow the work.

Finally, I neglected to mention that, when the announcement goes up about the project, so will get shipped and celebrated likely on 4 June.
