Dear Judith,

It is an interesting web application, nevertheless. In programming, invariably there are some bugs. As I mentioned earlier, the webapp could go by the privacy choices the participants have already made while registering. Hopefully the confusion, if any, in the sorting instructions between the data from the previous meeting and the present meeting would also be sorted out.

I also filled out the profile and logged in yesterday, but could not find my name in the list of participants until I figured out that since there is not two fields in the name category the system is sorting people by first name and so I would be under the "J" instead of the "H".  However the people who were pre loaded in are sorted correctly perhaps since the data had two name fields instead of one.  Is there any way of fixing this before many people fill out the new APP.

During the registration process at Marrakech we asked people if they would like their existing mobile app profiles to be pre-loaded into the next version. If you were not at Marrakech or did not explicitly give us permission to pre-load your name it won’t appear. But note that we only do the upload as courtesy and it doesn’t have any other meaning. It is by no means an ‘official’ list of participants. Please go ahead and create a profile and you’ll then appear in the list of participants.
