Hi, everyone – We would like to welcome the new members to the UA Communications WG. 

This is Jessica Ranftl from Edelman – PR agency for ICANN and the UASG – and I’m very excited to work with all of you. We would like to find a date and time for a bi-weekly call of the UA communications working group. Please see below for a Doodle Poll link to determine the best time and day to hold this regular meeting.

A few things to note:

• The time options should populate in your current time zone. You can check/change the time zone at the top of the page where it states “All times displayed in XYZ”   
• The dates are listed for next week, but please respond with your general availability.
• We have members from different time zones, so please mark as many slots available as you can.
• The options are for hour-long blocks, but most of our meetings will be 30 minutes.
• Once you make your selections you must hit the green “Send” button on the bottom right.
