Gwen Carlson at ICANN shared the UA communication planning material the ICANN communications team has developed to date. It is thoughtful and thorough, creates a fleshed-out vision and road map for developing a communication effort, and should inform our thinking as we go forward.

Please look at it when you get a chance. Gwen, I and as many of you that want to take part can use this in plannig our next meeting and steps.
