Due to technical limitations, we will cancel the calendar invites that are sent to the distribution lists, such as ua-comms@icann.org. Hence you may receive the calendar cancellations. Instead of calendar invites, I will share the announcement email (not calendar invite) to the list that contains the date, time, and Zoom/meeting details before the meetings.
