As a follow-up of our discussion on 27 Sep Comms WG Call, we need to decide how often the regular comms meetings will be conducted.

• Option 1: Weekly Meetings - on alternate Mondays 1600 UTC & on alternate Wednesdays 1400 (60 min per each)

Please note that this will be on the same day with SOW Subgroup Meetings every other week.

• Option 2: Bi-Weekly on Mondays 1600 UTC (60 min)

• Option 3: Bi-Weekly on Mondays 1600 UTC (90 min)
