at the yesterday Comms WG call it was suggested by Gwen to make a separate sub-group to continue to work on the preparation of the Explainer videos SOW as there are too many technical details to be defined and UA Comms WG members can be not too much of interest to jump deeper in them. When the draft SOW is ready, it will be discussed with the whole WG once again before publication.
Although in my personal opinion Universal Acceptance is initially a technical topic and by that reason we are supposed to be aware of its technical background (at least at the basic level), I would like to suggest UA Comms WG members to choose how would you prefer to continue work on the SOW draft – at general calls on Mondays (every week) or at a new sub-group calls to be scheduled additionally. Please, send your answers in reply to this letter.
If you are IN FAVOR OF the separate sub-group, please, let us know at once whether you are willing to become a member of this sub-group and work on the draft SOW.
We need volunteers with communications and technical backgrounds (or at least those comms persons who is not afraid of technical UA terminology 😊).
Please, inform about your preferences on the SOW further work and confirm your participation in the Explainer video sub-group by the end of this week, 24 of September.
