Dear Amina Ramallan,

 

We are pleased to invite Nigerian Communications Commission, African Regional At-Large Organization (AFRALO), and GreenICT Initiative At-Large Structure (GreenICTi ALS) to the contracting phase of Universal Acceptance (UA) Day 2023.

 

Your event, Nigeria's UA Day Celebration Awareness Program, may be qualified to receive up to 0 USD for the two hour event.

 

To proceed with contracting, please provide all material information required for execution of the Sponsorship Agreement. Please ensure that all such information is complete, accurate, and up to date.

 

To assist you in this effort, please complete the attached forms and provide them via email. Please note, ICANN’s final decision to support your event will be based on the information you provide.

  1. Contract Information Request Google form - Complete the Google Form.
  2. Vendor Setup form - Complete the Vendor Contact Information section and Receiving Bank / Account Detail section on the form.

Next Steps

  1. Submit information and completed forms.
  2. Execute Sponsorship Agreement with ICANN.
  3. Send initial invoice to ICANN. ICANN will pay 25% of the specified funding amount.
  4. Submit event report and send the second invoice to ICANN. ICANN will pay the remaining 75% of the specified funding amount.
