Subject: [UA-comms] Invitation to IGF sub-group - actions required till July 15

Dear UA Comms WG members,

As you may know, at the recent Comms WG calls it was discussed that our group has started to work on planning for regional and global IGFs. The main purpose is to develop a broad and comprehensive strategy on how to engage at multiple national, regional and global IGFs, to determine the respective IGFs and choose topics focused on challenges and possible solutions for promoting/achieving UA Readiness and appropriate to be discussed on these platforms, prepare the proposals for submission in a timely manner and then work on organizing of the sessions in case the proposals are accepted.

Now we are seeking for WG members (about 3-4) and regional NRI leads (preferable from different geographical regions) who has respective IGF-related experience and can actively contribute to this work at the new IGF sub-WG for the next FY22 year. The IGF sub-group will have separate calls, and its members are expected to participate in every scheduled call and be ready for providing his/her personal input into the joint efforts of the group.

If you feel that you are such a person, please, send me the short information on your IGF experience and interest by 15th of July.
