Dear members of the WG and Staff,

I have read the document that will be our navigation chart to achieve the objectives that in terms of communications have been drawn up within the UA.

I want to propose a special emphasis on communication strategies, social networks and capacity building, which allow us to reach end users and our regions in general so that they know what the UA is about, since if a survey is carried out We can realize the almost total ignorance about this important issue, and we cannot appropriate what we do not know.

We can divide the communications work into two parts, one within the UA and ICANN and another towards the regions, where we could have the different RALOS as allies, since they represent the end users.
