Thank you for your emails. I’d be happy to provide clarification.

Bi-weekly Comms WG calls will remain as is.

However, as per the discussions on the 6 September call, additional calls have been added for Mondays where there are also Tech WG calls. Due to the conflict in meeting times, the additional calls are earlier than our usual Comms WG calls.

At the moment the scheduled weekly meetings until mid-Oct are as follows:

20 Sep 16:00 UTC Usual meeting

27 Sep 14:00 UTC Additional meeting

4 Oct 16:00 UTC Usual meeting

11 Oct 14:00 UTC Additional meeting

18 Oct 16:00 UTC Usual meeting
