I sent permission to you all in a separate email to edit a Google doc, a potential format of our communications framework. If you did not receive it, please write to me. 

I am writing to establish this email list as our communications path. I will continue to work on the document but also want to make it available - and turn it over - to you.

One other item: I have identified only a few of the communication channels (or potential contacts). Francisco has more of a complete list.

Francisco: could you send the list developed in the Washington meeting - rank ordered by the scoring mechanism we employed. You can send it to this list or add it to the table in the document. 

Everyone: please refer to the ICANN ppt I sent prior to our call for potential material for our framework.
