Thank you for the updates on the action items from the meeting. My humble suggestion is that for this:

If we can have a section where we get the email of the person making the request (that is if it not already recorded elsewhere) it would be great especially for follow up questions on items that are not clear and also on parts that are not filled but we would need more information.
Also, I volunteer with Persis to maintain this document on behalf of the UA comms WG:

Today we discussed that the Comms WG members will come up with ideas on the format of a document that will list the UASG’s documents that needs to be disseminated.  The format should have a field for the UASG document/information, key stakeholder to share this and the key message about the material to be disseminated.
