Hello Everyone: Attached are a first draft of slides the Comms group might present at the Universal Acceptance session at the ICANN meeting this Monday as the start of a communications plan. It is pretty simple and just intends to capture our discussion last week. I have some thoughts for improvements but wanted to get these out to you. I am copying Brent and Richard as they are developing slides for the parallel sub-committee on identifying Priority Issues. Regards, Kurt Kurt Pritz The DNA
Here's the email I sent yesterday with the Priority Issues content. I've attached a PDF version in case you don't have access to the Google Slides file. ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Brent London <brentlondon@google.com> Date: Wed, Feb 4, 2015 at 5:26 PM Subject: Re: UA Priority Issues To: Don Hollander <don@i2.org.nz> Cc: Mark Svancarek <marksv@microsoft.com>, Richard Merdinger < rmerdinger@godaddy.com>, Kurt Pritz <kurt@kjpritz.com>, Francisco Arias < francisco.arias@icann.org>, Jordyn Buchanan <jordyn@google.com> Rich and I worked on content for a presentation. Here is the first draft <https://docs.google.com/a/google.com/presentation/d/1jsalbOWEnGrUiJN9tpXdbiB...>. It has two "chapters": (1) What's broken about the process a developer would follow today to implement "universal acceptance". (2) A proposal to centralize accurate, introductory resources in a repository. A couple admin notes: - It's in Google Slides. I have most of your Google Accounts, but let me know if you need access granted to a different username. - It's intended to be accompanied by a human presenter. To get an idea of the speaker's content, see the notes below each slide. -Brent Brent London brentlondon@google.com +1 650-214-5206 On Thu, Feb 5, 2015 at 1:49 PM, Kurt Pritz <kpritz@thedna.org> wrote:
