Below is my brief profile: Raymond is the Founder and President of the E-Governance and Internet Governance Foundation for Africa (EGIGFA), a civil society that engages in internet governance advocacy. He leads his team at EGIGFA to engage in a series of advocacy activities to promote internet governance, e-governance, digital rights, and digital inclusion. Paramount among the initiatives of EGIGFA is the annual Ghana School on Internet Governance (GhanaSIG) fellowship. Raymond engages in broad internet governance engagements locally and internationally. He presently serves as the African representative to the At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) for a two-year tenure in ICANN. He was the Non-Commercial Stakeholder User Group (NCSG) representative to ICANN&rsquos GNSO&rsquos Standing Selection Committee. Furthermore, since 2017 he has been volunteering for the UNDESA as a researcher for the publication of the various UN&rsquos E-Governance Survey reports. Furthermore, he was selected by the AFRINIC Board to serve on the 2021 Nomination Committee (NomCom). He represented the ALAC as a panel member that selected the 2021 ICANN&rsquos Community Excellence personality. He has since 2020 been volunteering as technical support for the annual global IGF .
