Dear Raymond, Morning you right on submission now on the IGF Portal, loads of stuff have changed. I looked it up yesterday. So all our Speakers must have a profile, not us creating one for them. It's better we notify them so when the proposal is submitted their emails are picked ASAP by the IGF Portal. I think it's not right for us to create speakers even if options exist for that as they have better their BIo info they want to put in. Good to have IGF submission date extended as the new submission form needs a lot of details sorted out to let it pass for submission too.
