Thanks very much for your valuable insights and for your interest. 
Just to clarify, the goal in engaging with the associations listed below is to reach a number of identified UASG audiences, not just developers. 
To reach the developer community, we are planning separate activities including engagement via forums including Stack Overflow. 
Any leads on contacts at these associations works be greatly appreciated.

right.

however, the typical developer nowadays is not in any way connected to
these kind of associations. If you want to reach a developer, I would
suggest having a presence on stack overflow. that is what they read
« professionally ».
