The program for the 44th Internationalization and Unicode Conference has just been published, and I'm glad to be able to share with you that there is a Universal Acceptance talk included. It is the tutorial, "Email Addresses and Domain Names are NON-Latin! Now What?"  It will be an introduction to UA, IDNs, and EAI people who don't know much about any of them.
