Hi my all Fellow Community members

I would like to second few points which were been conversed in UASG community update during icann69 virtual by few of our community members and would appreciate if UASG leadership can take a deliberate decisions on them earliest and circulate with UASG community

(a) One Year Period of working group chairs and vice chairs is already over, so progression of reselections should be opened and UASG community/working group members should be given the opportunity to select their chosen respective chairs and vice chairs by open nomination and voting.

(b) Our Friend Mark Svancarek raised the genuine concern of during the community update that there is lack of participations and after that candidates selected by community /working group members were not able to serve because of undesirable conflict policies and issues, same should be rectified by UASG leadership in charter so that working groups do not lose positive, ideal and selected candidates in future at least.

(c) It’s been high time now since the meetings time of working group calls has not changed which is providing a lot of discomfort to many community members who want to participate and join these meetings. Earlier it was mentioned that on Quarterly basis times will change by nothing such happened, so immediate polling should be done for suitable revised timings of all working group meetings. 

In the past five years UASG has progressed a lot and with the formation of various working groups things are progressing in the right direction. We all community members have to drive and achieve our UA mission by maximum participation and spreading its awareness.
