Email blocked because the blocking software is not UA aware is a UA issue.  Email blocked because the blocking software sees the TLD as fostering malware (or such) is not a UA issue.

UASG Awards program to proceed with focus on industry groups - not on Internet industry

Meetings in Hong Kong and Guangzhou to proceed.
