Whatever works best for the team.  I personally would prefer to be able to use a full-power word processor that doesn’t require online access, but it’s just one “vote.”  I’m flexible, and will go with what the team wants.

That said, there are some formatting issues with bullets and comments that need to be remedied before we can move forward with this document in its current form…take a look at the DO’s and Don’ts section.
