Considering that we now need passwords, this shouldn't be much of
a problem in terms of Zoombombing, right? Well, the user still
needs to manage to passwords themselves, but it is a much smaller
problem. I will look into this idea for the website redesign.
Some RRS feed with calendar invites?

could we have a unified calendar for all key UA meetings, WG and special ones, over at Google Calendars? Just simple and clean, that we can integrate with our own calendars if we want and know at a glance what is going on in the project. No need for anything fancy or overdesigned.
