Next week we will have the 2nd EAI Summit in Guangzhou. In order to have an effective discussion, I want to remind everyone of the following documents. It is important that everyone be familiar with both the taxonomy and the recommendations in advance of the meetings! It is okay to debate good practice recommendations or propose changes to taxonomy at the meetings –I encourage and expect debate - but if one does not have familiarity and grounding in what has gone before, we will waste time. Action items: 1. Review these documents again and make sure you are familiar with their details. 2. Share these documents with your contacts who will be attending the meetings who aren’t already members of the discussion group, because they probably won’t have seen these documents before.
