That is a wonderful interim step, Seda. I just tested the URL, and it redirects successfully to the Google Doc for the EAI Self Certification Guide.

I still think we should put a placeholder web page in place at that URL. I will still write a draft of the initial content for that page. I am a bit delayed in writing that draft, because I discovered an IT emergency just now. However, it is no longer as urgent to publish the placeholder web page, because the URL already leads to someplace reasonable.

Nitin will update the barcode. And I updated the link on the slide.
