Maybe the survey for is hard to find on the site.  I would still publish it there and access it whenever we contact a provider in any other context.  Would ensure we collect complete and consistent info.

May be we simply create a survey form and put it on UASG.TECH site and share it publicly for EAI software (server+client) providers to let us know what they are capable of and what they are delivering and than we can test them through our hired team.
