EAI WG colleagues:

I have split off a copy of the EAI Readiness Self-Certification Guide as an "ICANN76 preview draft", dated 2023-03-08. This is a cleaned-up copy for people to review at ICANN76 and other meetings. It is hosted on Google Docs.

Anyone with this URL can view the document: <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PXPELWz4vvQR3ws8CDGzLqdYZmqzErPi/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=115288663061471092982&rtpof=true&sd=true>. You are welcome to share this URL as you see fit.

I have granted Editor access to those with editor access to the original Self-Certification Guide: the staff with ICANN.org email addresses, and MarkSv. (Nitin, I tried giving your xgenplus email address editor access, but Google could not find a Google account for that address.) Others in the WG might want editor or reviewer access. To get access, please open the document with above URL, and press the button for requesting access.

However, I strongly encourage people to avoid making edits to the ICANN76 preview. Let's make all edits to the working draft. I am not looking forward to migrating changes from the ICANN76 preview to the working draft.

Our current Google Doc for the EAI Readiness Self-Certification Guide is now labelled "working draft", presently dated 2023-03-07. To distinguish between the two documents, look in the footer at the bottom right of each page, for the draft label and the revision date.

I am about to send out draft content for a web page at <https://uasg.tech/eai-certification>. It links to this ICANN76 preview draft. If it will take a while to get that content deployed, then I suggest changing the present redirect at <https://uasg.tech/eai-certification> to link to the ICANN76 preview draft before the ICANN76 presentation.

Best regards,
    —Jim DeLaHunt
