We had hoped to have a physical gathering to discuss EAI issues late this year (December) but that now appears unworkable.

Can you please look at your schedules for the week of April 4 2017 for a gathering in Seattle Washington?

2) Ratification of a Quick Guide to EAI (this may happen earlier)

3) Close reading of a Detailed Review of Trouble Shooting EAI environments.

a. Looking at experiences in decoding SMTP Errors

4) Development of a Good Practice Guide to EAI

a. Case Folding – different approaches

b. Dealing with punctuation marks in the local part

c. How to deal when a recipient’s mail environment is not EAI Ready

We are envisioning that this will be a ½+ day event.

This is a heads up.   I you know for sure now that you or your EAI Geek CANNOT attend, please let me know sooner rather than later.
