Please find attached the meeting notes for the EAI WG call on 20190813. Please suggest if you have any feedback, edits or additions.

Please also find attached the updated version of the charter, following the discussion and changes suggested.

Based on the meeting, it has been suggested that the email archives of the EAI mailing list be made public. Please let us know if you have any objection by responding on the list or off list.

Resolve the remaining “outcomes” portion of the charter (see the notes).
- Vote on the charter.
There were other topics we discussed last meeting.
- I don’t think I saw much activity on them.
  - Let’s figure out how to resolve in the meeting if possible.
Discuss and settle the issue of using xgenplus as an EAI listserv.
- Please assume that potential conflicts of interest can be resolved – focus on utility and functionality, please.
Create agenda and action items for next meeting.
