My apologies for the confusion. The correction to the meeting invitation is as below:

The meeting starting time is UTC 13:00, one hour earlier than our usual meeting time.

And apologies for not being able to start the meeting earlier or later due to schedule conflicts.

We hope the meeting time works for you.

We introduce the new starting time to allow the members from different time-zones to be able to join.

If required, we will plan to alternate this between our usual time, UTC 14:00 and UTC 13:00
