Quick guide to EAI - English v American
The revised version of the Quick Guide to EAI is just about ready. But we have an interesting challenge. Do we use American (z) spelling through out, UK (s) spelling throughout, or emphasise the challenge even the English/American reading world has by using both throughout. This is not a momentous decision, but I would like this communities input before we press ‘publish’ Does Spanish have a similar issue between European and Latin American spelling? Good point! I just checked: At eco we use American spelling for documents that have a global scope. I've always presumed that since ICANN is a US corporation, it will exclusively use American English. But I've never actually asked if that's a policy. -----Original Message----- From: ua-eai-bounces@icann.org [mailto:ua-eai-bounces@icann.org] On Behalf Of Lars Steffen Sent: Monday, February 6, 2017 1:25 AM To: Don Hollander <don.hollander@icann.org>; ua-eai@icann.org Subject: Re: [UA-EAI] Quick guide to EAI - English v American Good point!
