Time for UASG EAI WG meeting on 10 Jan 2024?
EAI WG colleagues: Happy New Year! At what time will our meeting on Tuesday, 10 Jan 2024 happen? I just got two conflicting emails, and I don't know how to read them. Both emails have Date: Wed, 4 Jan 2023 20:57:52 +0000, so they look simultaneous. Both emails have Title: UA EAI WG Meetings - Tuesdays at 15:30 UTC One email says we meet at 15:00 UTC. It has Message-ID: <04f72fa27ee2456c8a9d46447d87e9c1@icann.org> . The other email says we meet on every Tuesday at 15:30 UTC. It has Message-ID: <3a9f28fc6f05413896c20328b6a24373@icann.org> . I suspect that these emails are generated by some calendar program like Microsoft Outlook, and when Outlook reads them, it understands their meaning perfectly. But when this human reads the message via Thunderbird, it is sometimes confusing. As you say, Outlook manages the conflicts. I accepted both blindly and ended up with a single meeting at 15:00. -----Original Message----- From: UA-EAI <ua-eai-bounces@icann.org> On Behalf Of Jim DeLaHunt via UA-EAI Sent: Wednesday, January 4, 2023 2:04 PM To: uaeai <ua-eai@icann.org> Subject: [EXTERNAL] [UA-EAI] Time for UASG EAI WG meeting on 10 Jan 2024?
