is hotmail ready to send EAI message?

Hello, I have just sent an EAI message via hotmail.com. but I still do not receive it. Can someone test it again? thanks. Jiankang Yao

I couldn’t get it to work with Outlook.com but it did work with Outlook 2013 using the same account. Paul
