Your email had a subject line of "Confidential", but this list does not have a provision for working confidentially. Your email appeared to be routed by an anonymous email forwarding service[2] (which forwards to [3]). I do not see how the content of your question or the nature of our working group justifies hiding your identity. Finally, despite our openness, this project has a recurring problem with trolls who post under apparent false names objecting to project governance. You ask an interesting question. I have a question about UA-EAI developments.   I've currently found an issue with registrar domain name search engines in regards to UTF-8 and other non-latin characters.

Domain name search engines ae unable to make searches for available domains when the domain prefix is in utf8 and the domain name extension is non-latin.

Has this issue been documented? and if so, are there any solutions or workarounds.

Would you please forward any links to documents that may assist a registrar.
