UA EAI working group colleagues: As you remember, we have a draft *EAI Readiness Self-Certification Guide* document. At our meeting today, we agreed that we can make progress towards completing this document by means of independent work outside our meetings. I ask everyone to review the draft Guide, on Google Docs at: <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PopXtNog8nJzdpYQcl1JMyIH2gNYJ4_r/edit#> If you see content which should be changed, please make a Google Docs suggestion for the change. There are several proposed changes in comments already in the document. Please "reply" to these comments with your own comments, saying if you agree or disagree with the changes. If we can get a consensus in the comment replies that a change is good, then we can accept it offline, without needing to take time in the meeting. We have a lot of work to do which absolutely must be done during a meeting. The more work on the Guide which we can do outside of our meetings, the more time we have for the other work during meetings.
