Dear Jefsey, The idea for this training came about because we have staff working on the IDN variant program who are new to the program and the work that has taken place in the last three years. Staff typically organize these brown bag lunch sessions where there is a topic we are interested to learn about. In this informal session, we wanted to talk about work completed and what the next set of projects in the program. Much of what we will discuss is already described on the IDN variant page (http://www.icann.org/en/resources/idn). It is even more interesting now, so we may know what the Staff should know or may ignore.
