As discussed, attached please find two documents: 1) the most recent alternative trigger proposal and 2) a clean version of the entire document. Please provide any suggested edits to both documents. We would like to finalize the document on the next call so that we can put it out for public comment. Note that on the second document I made very few changes based on today’s call. These are in redline.
