<ul><li>spread the calls on two days: Wednesday and Thursday;</li><li>Establish a Wednesday/Thursday rotation; </li><li>Determine the time of the call via doodle poll.</li></ul><div>Please kindly review the proposed dates and flag problematic dates, if any (bank holiday etc). </div>
