In preparation for our meeting in about 12 hours, I am attaching a copy of the spreadsheet giving my thoughts on the staff responses. All of my comments are in a new Column B. I have added two new rows, 3 and 4 with my comments on the Board resolution and a general comment applying to most Recs. Overall, I think the level of implementation, at least based on the story told by the spreadsheet, is not all that impressive. But for many, with no percentage implementation given, and a description of "In progress" gives us no real information. I do need to review the LA meeting where this was presented to see if that makes it any better. Alan
