Dear Fiona,

Dear WS 4,

Attached you will find a proposed work stream call schedule for your consideration.

Given that a majority of the ATRT 2 Members participate in more than one work stream, the proposal is to:

spread the calls on two days: Wednesday and Thursday;
Establish a Wednesday/Thursday rotation;
Determine the time of the call via doodle poll.

Please kindly review the proposed dates and flag problematic dates, if any (bank holiday etc).

Should no objection be raised, we will proceed with the creation of a doodle poll to determine the time of your first call (to be held on Thursday, 30 May).
