The third meeting of the WS2 CCG will be held on 12 July 2022, Tuesday at 13:00 UTC. Meeting invitations were already sent, if you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to any of us (Melissa, Devan, Alp).

You can find the proposed agenda for the meeting above and on the linked meeting wiki page. To expand the third item of the agenda, as conversations have developed since our last meeting, we’ve realized that different SO/AC/Groups may need different support from the DEI consulting team. As such, we’d like to hear from each of you regarding considerations your group needs/seeks from the consultant, for example, is there a specific diversity element your group would appreciate additional subject matter expertise on, or is there a specific element of implementation that you're having difficulty grappling with in the context of your group's needs.

In addition to that we envisage that fourth item of the agenda will include updates from SO/AC/Groups regarding the diversity recommendation 1.1. You can find the diversity recommendations on page 18 of the linked WS2 Final Report. Please let us know if you would like to make a presentation or share any document, so that we can do necessary preparations.
