Dear CCG Participants,

We hope this email finds you well.

As you know, we sent a meeting notice and an agenda invite to everyone for the first meeting of the Work Stream 2 Community Coordination Group (WS2 CCG). 

For the first CCG meeting, we envisage it including a short introduction for everyone and a quick overview of the role of and tasks for the CCG, as well as a discussion of logistics such as your desired meeting frequency, and alternate vs. fixed meeting times. Please find the agenda of the first meeting on the wiki, here. In the meantime, please feel free to use the mailing list to share any updates related to the CCG from your own community groups.

Please note that we will record the call and any required decisions like meeting cadence and timing, so that these decisions can be made on the list rather than the call. You will find all relevant information on the WS2 CCG community wiki page.
