Dear CCG Participants,

We hope this email finds you well.

As you know, we had circulated a Doodle poll to try to find a suitable time for a proposed first meeting of the Work Stream 2 Community Coordination Group (CCG) last week. We understand completely that it will not be possible to find a single time that will work for all, especially given the differences in time zones and geographical locations within the group. We hope to be able to find better alternatives once the CCG has held its first meeting and had a discussion about the role and attendance of primary representatives and alternates.

To help schedule that first meeting, please be so kind as to fill out the updated Doodle poll here, which includes time slots in a wider range. We will be grateful if you can complete it by Wednesday 30 March.

For the first CCG meeting, we envisage it including a short introduction for everyone and a quick overview of the role of and tasks for the CCG, as well as a discussion of logistics such as your desired meeting frequency, and alternate vs. fixed meeting times. We will be sharing a proposed agenda for the first meeting well in advance, through the CCG mailing list. In the meantime, please feel free to use the the mailing list to share any updates related to the CCG from your own community groups.
