Discussion * Empowered Community i. Rec 2.3: Recommendations 2.1 and 2.2 are currently being implemented by five relevant groups (ASO, At-Large, ccNSO, GAC, GNSO). Once their implementation is completed, the Recommendation 2.3 will be addressed. However, the group wanted to discuss this issue on the list here and ask this group how to restart working on the Recommendation 2.3 when it is time. There are several options: * Do not implement these standalone recommendations at all. * Do not implement these standalone recommendations now and address these as part of Continuous Improvement Program. * Continue the implementation here with the required attendance of five relevant groups (ASO, At-Large, ccNSO, GAC, GNSO) once 2.1 and 2.2 are completed by all groups. Everyone, especially representatives of At-Large, ccNSO, GAC and GNSO, please indicate your preference among these options, or suggest a fourth option after discussing this issue with your relevant structures or your leadership teams by the end of May.
