Hello everybody,

First, my apology for having to cancel the CEP meeting we had scheduled last week. I came down with the flu and lost my voice. One of the perils of being, at least so far, the sole rapporteur of the group. No voice, no call!

The call is now scheduled for this Wednesday October 26^th at 13:00 UTC. I hope as many of you as possible can attend. We’re a small group with what I hope will be an interesting task. I’m anxious to get started and I hope you are too!

Towards that end, please consider this a call for agenda items for our initial meeting. Obviously the Meeting will include an introduction to our task, an overview of the CEP, and an establishment of our work plan. Ideas you may have, things you would like to talk about, directions you may want us to go in are all welcome. Feel free to respond to the list or to contact me off list. I look forward to receiving input on the agenda from as many people as possible.
