Building upon Anna's outline, I've uploaded a draft of a proposed paper for our subgroup to present to the CCWG plenary next Sunday. The Google doc link remains:

I've also attached a word version of the paper for the use of those unable to access Google docs due to geographic or other reasons.

 

As agreed at our last meeting we'd like to get this out to the wider CCWG group sometime tomorrow (Monday). Edits / corrections / comments / improvements all welcome.
